At Zenvira™, we aim to deliver your order efficiently and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timeframes, courier arrangements, and responsibilities in accordance with applicable South African law.

  • All orders are shipped via Aramex South Africa (Store-to-Door service)

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

Liability Clause:

  • Zenvira™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, including Aramex South Africa, where such delays are outside of our control.

  • If a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, we will:

Then:

  • The parcel may be returned to us
